A very important record in their career, as they were leaving Motown records. Notice that Jermaine Jackson is in the vocals but he stayed with Motown. This became a slight complication when they perform it on TV since Jermaine was not with the group. Marlon had to lip-sync some of his parts, and they threw in Randy Jackson as a new member. Also note that when they had their TV variety show they got Jermaine to appear with the family even though they were on Epic/ Philadelphia International records.
