I think in 1:05 Dustin said "we will see mf" or something like that and Islam got offended because he translates it literally. I remember in one interview with DC, Islam didn't want to say what BMF stands for because he thinks it is very disrespectful and also in Islam's culture they respect their parents very much and they never let anybody insult them that's why he suddenly got very serious.

Dustin called him a MFer, Islam went cold. Responded with “no, i respect you, don’t call me a mfer”.
But that’s the thing with cultures, what flows in one, is anathema in another. Dustin obviously didn’t mean it in the way Islam took it, but dam the way his demeanor changed, Poirier wondered what just happened.
