CHILI GARLIC OIL | EASY CHILI GARLIC OIL RECIPE | Asereth Maria Kitchen

CHILI OIL RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1) 350g (or more) hot chili
2) 2 large shallots
3) 2 large bulb garlic
4) 2 inches ginger
5) 2-3 tbsp hoi sin sauce
6) 3 tbsp soy sauce
7) 1 & 1/2 tbsp vinegar
8) 1 tsp ground black pepper
9) 1/2 tsp salt
10) 1 tsp brown sugar
11) 1 cup oil

*** wash and dry then blend fresh chili
*** add garlic, shallots, ginger,
*** heat oil in pan, add all the ingredients and keep stirring until oil turns yellowy
*** accordingly if needed
*** put in a sterilized glass jar, keep in the fridge if not using yet
