I recently purchased this model, my first ebike. I found it easy to assemble and have been riding short distances. The only down side is the lack of basic instructions on riding an ebike for the novice. Thank you for the tutorial. I think I'm ready to venture out and experiment in gears 2 and 3 after watching your review. 👍

Reference your slipping handgrips; remove them and smear alittle Dawn or Palmolive dishsoap on handlebar tubes. It'll dry overnight and usually will not slip on you. An old motorcycle grip trick...lol.

Just got my Heybike Cityscape Cruiser. They paid attention to the reviews and the first thing I noticed is the bike now has a color display! They also improved the handlebar grips! They are tight on the handlebars, no slipping, and they trimmed off the leather on the ends. Glad I got the new and improved version. :-) LOVE MY HEYBIKE!!!

I bought the Heybike Cityscape in July and have over 300 miles on it so far. I have taken it to small cities near me and cruised around for a few hours. Lots of fun. You can really get to know an area on an ebike. You can explorer down every street of a city if you feel like it. I am happy I got this bike.

One thing about ebikes that people should know, is that they are big and heavy. You are not buying a regular bike when you buy an ebike. These things are big tanks. I feel like I am riding higher up than on this bike than on other bikes I've ridden in the past.

I think the cityscape weights 54 lbs and it's one of the lighter ebikes out there. Some other ebikes weight 70 lbs or more.

I can fit the cityscape in the back of a subaru outback wagon and like to take it places once in a while, but it's not the most convenient thing to lift into the car. It's a bulky 54 lbs. If you don't have a pickup truck, van or a station wagon, another type of large vehicle there is a good chance it won't fit and you'll need to buy an expensive rack to take it anywhere in your car. Once again, just something to be aware of.

I still love the bike.

You missed the most important part - the bike has a rear light that flashes when you brake to warn motorists that they are approaching your bike.

Thanks for this video! I'm making a fundraiser for this now to be able to help my disabled partner and I get around town with more ease in our car-centric society.

I bought the ZNH 26 inch 350w electric bike - 20 MPH front and rear disc brakes with 5 powerful peddle assist modes and a throttle with power boost on each modes - Includes front light, horn and back rack - It has 21 speeds with Shimano gears and has an hidden battery - The battery life lasts a VERY long time and only takes 3 to 4 hours to charge - What I really like about the bike is that it's QUALITY made strong and durable - Costumer ratings at Wal-mart gave it 5 stars all across the board and it's only $800 bucks! - Shifts gears seamlessly with a push of a button and rides like a dream - It's worth every penny - Plus the battery power supply automatically shuts down when fully charged which is a nice safety feature - They come in blue, black, and orange (So far) and they can be purchased with or without fenders

A friend of mine bought a Heybike. After about a year of very light use it simply stopped working. My friend moved and gave me the bike. When my neighbor moved he gave me the bike. Now I have the bike but Heybike refuses to even answer questions unless I provide an order number which I do not have and cannot optain. Apparently their business plan is to sell a lot of these and then just abandon the purchasers as they offer no support, no support network, no plan to offer support after two years. This is about as anti-environment as marketing gets.
