DRC court declares Tshisekedi president

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Constitutional Court has backed Felix Tshisikedi as the new president. The court ruled against an appeal against last month's election result by the runner-up - Martin Fayulu. But he's rejected that decision, saying he's the legitimate president.
