My dad and I were trying to get our all-in-one printer/scanner to work and eventually he had enough and smacked it around, referencing this scene. And yes the printer was made in China.

(EDIT: Day later, my computer with a bad wifi card from Anatel kept disconnecting from the Internet. 20 restarts later I had enough and did Lev's trick. The thing works again! Amazing how much truth is in this scene when it comes to fixing stuff!)
