PIZZA BURGER

Greetings! Pizza burgers are on the menu tonight. I had previously uploaded a similar recipe but had to remove it because of issues that were beyond my control. So we visit the recipe once again. This time around, however, I have kicked this one to the next level. Starting with a really high quality low fat beef mix and adding an amazing combination of ingredients to make a rich luscious burger.

This is easily served on a toasted bun, open faced or closed, or as I have on toasted bread. I fixed a simple salad of tomatoes and cucumbers dressed with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
