Hey Mr.Schlatt, I was one of the lucky few who bought your Christmas vinyl the first time around, the website told that it would be delivered on the 23rd.

Unfortunately the same day my area got hit with a nasty ice storm and the album never came, I have waited to see if it would show up but hasn’t arrived.
I have proof of my purchase (emails)
I don’t know how else to contact you or your team about getting it delivered.
My fault for making this comment on a YouTube video but I don’t know what to do now.

So I did some digging through my emails (scary) and found out my package is “available for pickup” in the next state over. 💀
