Smart having parents nearby to watch the kids. Reduces the anxiety of being away from family that a lot of these contestants will suffer from. However I think his survival skills are too well adapted to his local area, Patagonia is going to be different enough that his skills will not be nearly as effective as he hopes.

4th to tap out. Not too shabby. Got beat by a girl that caught an STD in Patagonia --- spider transmitted disease. Also got beat by a woman that shaves with a Gurkha combat knife. Tough competition this year.
