A Road Trip Across China

Today I am taking a road trip across China, from Kunming in Yunnan province to FengYang in AnHui province, and then back again. Road trips can be a lot of fun, but what is it going to be like to take a road trip in China? I expect the typical experience of a road trip, in that I expect the road trip across China to include beautiful scenery and interesting landscapes. In fact, I know this road trip across China is going to offer some very unique landscapes and natural features that can only be seen on a road trip in China. There will also be rest stops and snack runs, but with the added feature of being done in China for a road trip in China.

Ahhhh……the good old days of watching you while you were in China

Since I've been getting my aunt with dementia through conservatorship ni the courts, I have researched many of the causes of dementia. The biggest issues include sugar, caffeine (especially later in the day/evening), chemicals in foods, and things like oils that introduce plastics into the system. My research showed that most cheap processed seeds oils (not coconut, walnut, olive, ..) that when they are heated near their smoke point the oils turns into plastics - PAM was the worst. Be careful with the snack foods and other foods that you consume. Dementia is not a condition to be played with.
