Love your kanban story. Dan Roam had a P. U. M. A. For research too. But the idea to embedded it with your schedule and prioritisation is interesting. These are the skills I am teaching my students before any course. How to manage projects and how to present then teaching the subjects. Trello also adds to this after you have done your handwritten iterations as neuroscience supports that this Prefrontal Cortex activation (planning future) is better done with pen and paper. Trello allows to add to it the collaboration elements.

To be honest it is very hard to give ChatGPT the right commands to write a good research paper/work. Especially now during my master thesis i'm not able to get into a really well workflow.
Scite is also very basic and there is really little help to use it in a way that you work with the output. It is more helping to find something but even that is to general.
I look forward to a new video where you would show exactly the workflow with the tools. This would help for sure!
