Soon after the Supreme Court ruling on Wednesday, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government issued an order withdrawing from the Lieutenant Governor, chief secretary and head of departments all powers to transfer and post IAS officers and other employees. But the order issued by Sisodia was returned by bureaucrats in the evening saying it was “legally incorrect”. They said the issue of control over transfers and postings will be taken up by the regular bench of the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, in a Facebook post on Thursday Union Minister Arun Jaitely said the SC verdict hasn’t added to powers of AAP.

My God the centre has a a strong hold on babus. They are at war with AAP. but why can't they just let them work? I don't get it.
What are they getting out of this and what are they trying to prove?
