Cohorts in Moodle 2.0

Also known as "Site-wide groups", these are site-wide collections of users that can be enrolled into courses in one action, either manually or synchronised automatically.

These clips are merely a brief introduction of major Moodle 2.0 features rather than a more instructional 'how do you'/'who can' type videos which will no doubt (continue to) emerge from the Moodle community.

@HRDNZMoodlePartner Agreed. I've just been making a similar comment on Mary Cooch's Cohorts video. My assumption is that cohorts would be assigned by the Moodle "Manager". Then teachers wouldn't really have to worry about assigning users to their course (which, I suppose, is the way it should be).
