This video was an inspiration for me. I did the three things you mentioned in the video and I am making forward progress. I recently won an appeal for a bilateral condition without the help of a lawyer. Getting educated is important. I educated myself on the M21 Manual and the 38CFR. I have a couple more claims pending to complete this journey. I am already prepared for the next steps when the VA denies those claims. Thanks again for being an advocate and offering this free training.

Have you or will you do a video on all the doors and benefits that open up for veterans that reach the ultimate award 100% P&T. I looked and couldn’t find anything. There’s plenty of help and advice on how to get there but haven’t seen what’s available after.

Dwayne thanks for educating me on the quick submit option. I did everything you said in your videos and applied it to my claim. I got my review decision letters, what I was rated for, and the criteria for the next higher percentage. I was low balled the first x3 times around. Did the self statement on my social and occupational. Went and got new and revelent evidence from a doctor. Did a quick submit. With in hours I was given a c&p exam duty to assist. Went the the exam and I did everything you educated me on. I will know and answer in the coming month. Update on my tinnitus claim. I had to go to the VA and let them diagnose me of tinnitus. I also had to get a imo at least as likely as not. See what happens

I’d like to know if the Raters that deny a claim are informed when THEIR ratings overturned/granted on appeal? Do they receive remedial training or any type of adverse action?

I’ve watched nearly all your videos in reference to the entire VA claims process. Previously, I had no clue what I’m doing. Currently at 80, filed an increase and now the wait game. Following your advice (and the company I hired) knowing I have 3 sufficient and actionable DBQs submitted.
