Good Morning Mr. Josh, at timestamp 17:13 you speak of adopting pagan customs, and that you on a personal level find nothing wrong with this. I must respectfully reject your thought; for 2 reasons. 1: No where in the Scriptures does it say that, Jesus was born on December 25th, and that we as Believers should celebrate this day as Jesus's birthday, and Christmas. 2: The closest Scriptures I found on this subject; are in Jeremiah 10:2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and not be dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. Jeremiah 10:3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman with the axe. Jeremiah 10:4 They deck it with silver an with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. As a Believer, these Scriptures clearly give to me a picture of someone that celebrates Christmas; a pagan custom. I could be totally misunderstanding these Scriptures, but to me Jeremiah 10:2 makes it VERY PLAIN, " DO not Learn the way of the heathen, saith the LORD.

Since Christ is our Sabbath we are to REST in Him every day. We are not called to celebrate His birthday.

Excellent interview. I only wish I had heard this a few years ago when all the anti Christmas videos appeared. A valuable lesson learned.

Saturnalia is not about human sacrifice in case you are blind.

And the role reversal actually is similar to your garden of Eden and New Heaven New Earth myth info better.

I agree with most of your videos, but NOT this one. ChristMESS is definitely rooted in pagan practices. I will pray for you and all who partake in Christmas festivities to come into truth (in love) Shalom

No Christmas does not have pagan origins! The festivals around "winter solstice" that the Christmas celebration was created to replace however do have pagan origins. Christmas has always been a celebration of the birth of Christ, and was purposely set on the 25th of December to give people a Christian alternative to the pagan celebrations and festivals. The biblical reasons given for the various feasts listed in the bible were provide unique seasons throughout the year to remember how God delivered Israel from past threats of extinction to promote the belief in HIS sufficiency and care under the most extreme conditions imaginable. For this reason I am perfectly fine with celebrating the birth of our savior on December 25th. There is a new testament principle that we should not be a stumbling block to Christians with a weakness. So if you know a young Christian that recently came out of a pagan religion that worshiped things that revolve around a typical Christmas celebration then for the sake of the immature Christians struggles I think we should forgo those traditions. I think that as Christians mature in their faith they are less likely to fall back into the habits of their previous form of worship whatever it was. When you understand God is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent then you truly understand no object can be a focal point for His presence which truly makes us free from idolatry.

So disappointed! I just subscribed to his channel, i will be unscribeing. Now I'm questioning all your teachings. In my humble opinion if you celebrate Christmas, what else are your beliefs in scriptures. Be blessed brother!

A FEW THOUGHTS
Jesus was not born on 25th December. The shepherds were still out tending their flocks.
Celebrating birthdays were not “a thing” back then, and as far as Christians are concerned, birthdays were not celebrated by Christian’s. Bad things happened on birthdays e.g. the beheading of John the Baptist.
If Jesus wasn’t born on 25th Dec, then don’t celebrate his birthday on that date. God is a spirit and those worshipping him must worship him in spirit and TRUTH.
Yes no pagan actions are harmless. It is false worship.
