While not a kill, the time Peter Parker beat Kingpin to a pulp and then leaving him alive only for him to be seen as a weak man by his fellow criminals was a very satisfying moment in the Spider-Man Comics.

My thing about Gwen Stacy is that, had Peter not tried to save her, she surely would have died from the fall. So in my mind Gwen's death is all Goblin's fault. It might even be said that Peter spared her an even more agonizing death.

So conclusion: some of these Spider-Man kills were justified for various reasons like not being able to Deal with it any other way or something else took over him so it's not his fault technically but he would obviously be seen as the one who did it. But with Gwen Stacy I feel like that one was unintentional. He did try to save her but it didn't work out the way he hoped it would. That was a definite accidental kill and I probably acquit him as a judge. Her father though would want him guilty.

Funny enough, Otto seems to think that Spidey is to blame for gwens demise.
In the first few Superior Spider-Man issues, Marie-Jane is thrown out a window. Peter urges Otto to save her, by shooting a single web, before she hits the ground.
Otto does something smarter, as he draws a whole bed of webs, allowing Marie Jane to land safely. Otto reminds peter how physics work, and says that, if peter did the same thing for gwen, she might still be alive and well. That's almost at the same time he claims he will be a better spider-man. A superior one.
