Before giving you a number
I would love to learn from you what salary range you offring to candidate who has the right skills and experience that you are looking for right now for me its more important getting the right job than salary.
I'd love to learn more about my job role and responsibilities before we talk about number.

thankyou for asking while I'm flexible and I'm looking for something between the range of 16 and 20LPA anuually. Given my skill set and expertise I beleive that this is an appropriate range for my level of work. But I would love to hear your thoughts. I'm hoping for something in the range of 16 to 18LPA. But definitely open to negotiating based on the entire compensation package.

1 have a very very urgent question needed some advice.

First, I m a fresher, Degree holder, Malaysian. The job position provided is Medical Technologist in Singapore.

So after 2 phase of interview, the company offer me as fresher a job which is in singapore for 2.5k sgd and will revise it to 2.8k sgd after 3 month of probation. Their Jobstreet state the range of 2.5k to 3.0k.

So, in your opinion, how should i negotiate to get 3.0k after probation. The negotiation will be between headhunter company and the company HR
