70% of buildings being enterable sounds crazy considering gta 5 only had the most essentials like hairdressers, your house, ammunation etc. on a map this big this almost seems too good to be true. but the footage is definitely real. it has that rockstar vibe. also still sports the beautiful rdr2 volumetric clouds.

I think Rockstar is intentionally "leaking" info about the game to keep people's excitement and anticipation up. In my opinion, it's a marketing gimmick.

Three large cities and a lake in the middle. Sounds like to me it's based off the cities of Orlando, Tampa and Miami and Lake Okeechobee. Pretty much fits the description perfect. Other small cities could be Fort Myers and Melbourne and Key West.

We're at the point where we don't want anyone leaking the game because then it just ruins the hype, and people have been waiting 10 years just to get a leak a day or so before the trailer thats bs.

I doubt that R* will share the game's release date in the reveal trailer as they didn't in GTA 5's.

I agree with Disobedient_one, they realized people were hyped as hell when the GTA 6 leaked footage got shown off by a blackmailer and so they wanted to capitalize on it.
The devs know people now know the setting and characters and so they are just being open about development and sharing what they want to without spoilers, i.e CEO just giving us a glimce of the city.

It's set in stone that it's gonna be the most successful game of all time, Guinness World record guys have probably already written GTA 6, Rockstar's name in the records. "No need to wait for it to happen, we already know it's gonna happen, might as well give it now." 🤣🤣
