*Make through passes
*Make sure that your defensive line gets linked to your forward line
*Make sure that your defenders can have options to pass by going to open places and asking for a pass
*Make high passes to wingers
*Dribble as much as you can if your teammates are blocked but you have enough space and pass to your forwards when you are surrounded by the opposition
*Support your defenders in defending
*Don't let the opposition make a forward pass
*Make a tackle when your defenders can't

Im usually a striker/winger or sometimes a right or left back since its the same as wing but just defend and pass, but playing pickup soccer ive been wishing tonplay more of cdm for fun so i dont get kicked a lot
