While ago I had this custom resolution 1350 x 1080, and nvidia deleted it from the control panel, so CS2 tried to launch with that RES and got stuck in Counter Strike 2 screen
I just put -w 2560 -h 1440 and changed it afterwards back to the 1350x1080.

nice! it works after i changed resolution of my triple monitor with -w4090 -h768(depends on ur resolution according to nvidia control panel)
