Eric Clapton - Let It Rain - Bass Cover + Transcription

Bassline as played by Carl Radle (RIP) with Eric Claption from the LP entitled, 'Eric Clapton' of 1970.

The Bass in video is a 2015 Fender Precision Classic 50's Series Made in Mexico, sunburst with a gold anodized pickguard and with a set of flatwound Italian made strings:
GALLI STRINGS: jazz flat JF4505 medium strings, and the bass is hooked up to a small
Marshall B25 MkII amplifier. The Bass volume is at 9, and the Bass tone is at 10; and,
Amplifier settings: the bass is at 4 o'clock, midrange 3/4 o'clock and treble at 1/2 o'clock to attain a suitable flat tone -- correct for the 1970 era -- from the bass. *In addition, my luthier replaced the standard Fender capacitor with a genuine vintage Zenith capacitor manufactured between 1955 and 1959--hence, the superb vintage bass tone;-)

Stephen Stills has been credited for playing bass on Let it Rain in Wikipedia and several other forums. I believe it is Stills, it really sounds like his style.
