Today, I am going to show you Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar. It is the only airport in Qatar and home to Qatar Airways. The airport opened on 30 April 2014 while Qatar Airways and other international flights started to operate on 27 May 2014. The name of the Airport came from the previous Emir of Qatar Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

New Hamad International Airport is the world 9th biggest airport in the world (11.2 Square Miles) that handles 50 Million Passengers with its full capacity. It is also one of the best airport in the world according to Skytrax. The airport consists of lounges, shops, and a swimming pool that makes it perfect for travelers.

The airport is going to host millions of guests for the FIFA World Cup 2022.
