This is a taste test/review of Mama Cozzi’s (ALDI brand) Take & Bake Chicken Flatbread Southwest Style with BBQ Sauce. It is mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, seasoned diced chicken breast, tomatoes, red onions and jalapeno peppers with bbq sauce on a flatbread crust. It was $5.29.

I so disappointed in their flatbreads now. I had a buffalo chicken over two years ago ( prior to COVID) n it was delicious. I wanted to have another but effects of COVID on stomach, I can’t. But thank you because now I feel better that I’m not missing out on something that isn’t worth the taste anymore.
But, I’ll be thinking of Walmarts, flatbreads lol!😊😊

I have to agree, this wasn’t great! This flavor was pretty meh at best. I did really like the 7-Layer-Dip flatbread they had around New Year’s though, I would buy that if they offered it again

I grew up eating mama cozzi pizzas and they used to be way better than what they are now. This is definitely one of those cases of brands that went cheap and ruined the product. Screaming scicillian did the same thing

So disappointing that Aldi didn’t deliver. It visually looks good, which can make it a bigger disappointment when it doesn’t taste good.

Well I feel like a fool bc I swear these were delicious. And I’ve had both the Walmart and the aldi round and flat breads. We haven’t been to aldi in months and I think the last flat bread pizza we bought was in July when we bought a ton for an appetizer and they were great. I can’t figure out why they would have changed them for the worse. I feel bad for every recommendation I’ve made to people 😬

The toppings sound great... I'd pick off the peppers tho lol... but really is a shame about the crust... I have a feeling it's your oven 😂 I have the same issue with french fries...

This will be controversial, but I would rather have any of Walmart's (Marketside) pizzas over Screamin' Sicilian

I would try buying the ones from Walmart, but I live nowhere near one with a deli. (I'd have to drive a while to get to one) My local Walmart is a "small" Walmart. Aldi is closer, and to my parents their pizzas are good enough :) Though next time I'll have them try a screamin' sicilian pie and see which one they'd rather have me get.

Aldi is great but a lot of there food looks great but when you get it home it disappoints.
