How to set limits in AutoCAD?

What happens when we draw the line more than 100

If I should offset an original line let say 3000 I can't fine the line on my work sheet

when i draw a line it shows very small. as example, when draw a line of 50', it shows very small. and when I draw a line without any measurement, its dimension shows 11E + 38 like that.
how can I get rid from this problem?
