Here are two easy ways to create a vignette in Photoshop.

Using these methods, you can create a dark or light vignette around any image.

First, make sure to add smart filters to your image. This conversation will help you with non-destructive editing.

Then, you can choose two different options for adding a vignette.
One is by using the vignette option inside the camera raw filter. The second is by using a vignette inside of lens correction.

Both vignette options have different controls, so test out both and see which one is more suitable for your image.
