Car driver bullied me to a STOP! While on my side of the road

Is it Okay for a car driver to force there way through the wrong way down a one-way system? Making me stop and pull as far over as possible so they didn’t hit me on the wrong way down the one-way system 😡🤬

Totally correct about that car going the wrong way, but could you remind me as to when you are allowed to stop on double yellow lines?

Guy parked on yellow lines held up for a whole 30 seconds of his day by a blind driver lol. I’m not sure this is great content

When parked, you have to yield to everyone when you start going again so it doesn't matter that the other guy went against the signs, you have to yield.
