I have one doubt...
If we get in last step all are lowest energy then which based the solution taken?
and second thing is, in starting of your video u said, annealing means that ' we raise up energy level of a qubit after that slowly cool it until its gone to lowest energy' but in the table value your putting the pair of values x=0, y=0 is -1(low energy), x=0, y=1 is 0(high energy), why opposite energy needed?
