Splatoon 3 is a third-person shooter. Players choose to be either an "Inkling" or "Octoling" as their player character. Both wield weaponry that shoots colored ink. Weapons are diverse in ability and imagery, with most resembling household objects.

It showed a brain I think agent 8 ended up sleeping a bit too long or something and she sees the state inkopolis square is in and wants to fix it because she remembers exactly how it looked like and the other octolings and inklings completely forgot about what it looked like

I actually believe that just maybeeee that side order is about a new octoling living under Marinas order. Seeing as it takes place in Splat 2 not a different place

Idek about new species. I the story looks amazing, and adding a third species into it seems unnecessary considering it's probably going to be about the members of team order being controlled by Marina or just what happened to team order in general.

Getting Inkopolis as paid DLC will be okay if Side Order isn’t just cosmetics, I want more of that banger single player content

I’m exited for this, but I’m hoping there at least some form of exploration of deep cut’s background or at the very least bring them to the same level the other idols got
