This video starts with questioner putting forward a question - what is the method to know myself. As because not knowing to myself I cannot to others also. Acharya ji answers this question by telling that knowing to oneself may be the simplest task. He further says when a person does something it is the self who does it. So, knowing the self can be done by seeing the works one gets indulged in.
Direct observation to your everyday works can help to know yourself.
