Am healing traumas like a madman, I have no idea what the universe is preparing me for, I stop caring at this point, I just want to keep healing so it finally stop and I can flow without resistance been crying all day and letting go, this intense passion needs to be more in balance and more in control slowly and in the right amount, yes am being push to heal and am slowly growing and shifting to whatever I need to go... hahaha I hope I eventually find meaning someday.

I started playing basketball after a childhood of competing at high level through high school. It was a traumatic ending in my late teens. Now I’m 41 and I started playing again after multiple surgeries and double hip replacement. It’s my rehab 😂 I haven’t played for over 20years.

There's another approach to moving forward by determining what we Dont want to do. What we wont tolerate from others in unkindness or thoughtlessness.. What directions we dont want to go and then we may be shown the way like that.
