Man shot and killed in Prichard; police searching for suspect

According to police, at approximately 9 a.m. police personnel were dispatched to 931 Dunlap Circle in reference to a shots fired call.

They say while officers were en route, they were redirected to the Central Fire Station on Turner Road where a black male victim was dropped off.

It's not lack of moral fiber that leads to a rising crime rate among black teens and young black adults. The real reasons are single black mother's, having multiple children's with multiple partners without moral standards or obligations being a good parent.
