No more running away. No more escape. No more grasping at the external things to distract us from uncomfortable feelings and emotions.

This video is all about going THROUGH the fire. Facing it head-on. Reconnect. And let your natural god-given biology do what it was designed to do. Regulate & Release.

Don’t do it. And you’ll end up following the crowd. A cowardly consumer-driven society built around self-indulgence, the constant need for escape, and extreme comfort-seeking.
