Juae is beautiful. This video is bittersweet. Why can't all North Korean children have freedom, happiness, nutrition, and a future? My prayer is that the next generation of North Koreans, including Juae's, rises up and declares that these are inalienable rights for all.

This video makes reasonable assumptions but since its posting KCTV has released several videos clearly identifying and showing Ju-ae close-up and from different angles. In the videos of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the KPA it is easy to see that Ju-ae resembles both her mom and dad. The young girl in this video is not Ju-ae. Perhaps she is her sister, or the daughter of Kim yo-jong, a relative of some sort, or a "dear friend" of the family.
