I have recently read David Goggins' “Can't Hurt Me” book, in which I found his time management methods and tricks to maximize productivity. I tested the overall system presented in this book, upgraded it to my needs and now, in this video, I present it to you as the best time management technique I've ever found. During the first week, you're going to note down every single activity you do on a daily basis and how long it takes you. Then during the second week you're going to create a test schedule - a whole week divided into 15 minute blocks. You're going to try to stick to it, and then during the third week adjust everything so that it's perfect. While explaining the entire process, I will also give you valuable tips to make time for everything regarding waking up early, using commute time, using so-called "bushes", buying time and wasting time. After watching this, you will never need any other time management self-improvement video ever!

Can I ask a question ? Since you prefer to work on your own project, which is the best thing, why don't you leave school? And. Do you advise someone who is working on his project to leave school

ok so im a high schooler and the exams (atleast in my country) are almost 1 month away but since the start of new shcool year i pretty much haven't spent time on studying and the 15 min program by the goat david goggins (with the great additional features of course) seems just impossible for me as i want to dedicate a considerable amount of my daily routine to studying
At the very beginning i got some questions: how am i supposed to spend each 15 mins of my day on a different activity? even if i could i would pretty much be out of tasks and would be repeating the same tasks lol. With the issue provided i would be eminently thankful if u could guide me through this journey. Some addition to the issue provided are: with each period of school being about 1 and half hours long which means i have to spend that time on a single task so how am i supposed to apply the 15 mins method? i love your videos and sorry for the overtalking im just seeking help♥♥♥♥♥♥
