The DeWalt drawers are readily available and on sale at the big box stores now.

I really like my Packout Drawers. I haven't had the Dewalt, but drawers in a stack are for sure the way to go in my opinion. It's nice not to have to unstack to get to the bottom.

Appreciate the Video 👍

I was Dewalt for years but totally Packout now. The versatility is amazing, and I have mounted them in the shop and on my habitat wagon we use on the farm to repair just about all projects from fencing to new platform construction.

I'll agree that Milwaukee's StackOut is really good. Tried to get/Buy my old Snap On two piece with side box back but wasn't impressed by the price he wanted. Saw this ingenious Pack Out design and was smitten. Asked again if he would sell me back but he wanted to keep it. So, For a fraction of the cost I'm enjoying the module-lairity/Mobility, And the custom design of this instead. Thanks for your thoughts and review.. Peace!

I'm building the exact same setup. Building a dolly for myself but I can't use it until I give my brother his on his birthday. September 12 can't come soon enough. Lol Good job on making the switch. My bro will be making the exact same transition soon.

I went with the Klein Tools Modbox. Even though they are the heaviest on the market, it also has the most flushed out add-ons on the market. Milwaukee will get there, but it's going to take time.

Great video. It makes me more confident in my purchase as a weekend warrior.

I have the Rigid and the stacking is no problem, I just have a small scaffold I put the boxes on and also I use the scaffold at times. The only problem is on a smaller job or apartment, unstacking and putting you boxes on the floor is both time consuming and it would be better to not have to spread them out and unstack them.. You'd think the engineers would field test them on a job site, and going from each customers job site, etc.

Thanks for the video. Im about $2K into the toughsystem and it’s really made me question brand loyalty. Dewalt has so dropped the ball here. I’m seriously considering the packout swap and it won’t end there.

I'm always curious about what you do when you get to the jobsite and you need to haul your tools up a bunch out stairs. Do you unpack the boxes and have to carry each one up individually?

I am thinking of the Ryobi, has great amount of stuff and water resistantce as tested with a battery powered pressure washer looked very water resistant

Glad you're liking your new system. For my application DeWalt seems like a good fit. DeWalt has a new 3 drawer system on back order for the DeWalt 2.0 tough system. The drawers are thinner.

In the UK Packout is up to twice the price of toughsystem 2 so that is a massive deal breaker for me, for example the cheapest currently I can get the toughsystem 2 2 drawer box for 80 pounds, the cheapest I can get the Packout 2 drawer for is 150 pounds

I’ve considered buying into packout but the units seem slightly too small for my needs. Wish they were all tough system dimensions at least. Anyone else feel the same?

I just bought 2 of the 2 drawer Packouts. Plan to put Milwaukee Nail Guns in them: 15, 16, 16, and 18/23. Should fit them all in 2 boxes

I own both Milwaukee and dewalt tools. I went with Milwaukee packout because it seems better long term use. Fact is my tools all get along so they both go into my packout. Hope you enjoy the packout!

At Home Depot the drawer sets have the dividers in them. Make sure to get a set that has them within…
