For ramos its prett simple. He didn't agree to the 1yr extension policy for players over 30. Modric, kroos, vazquez, carvajal, marcelo all agreed to the administration policy and proved themselves each year instead of having a barcelona situation like they did with piqué and busquets with high wages and long contracts playing like shit and practically bankrupting the club
