Agra is part of the tourist/traveler Golden Triangle route. Is it a city on the banks of the Yamuna river in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh. Agra's history is long and RICH!

The special Indian art featured here in marble inlay or Pietra Dura Mosaic or Parchin Kari or Parchinkari was used to make the Taj Mahal engravings.

The other is Indian embroidery known as Zari (elaborate golde thread embroidery).

It is a blessing to be able to witness the dying arts of Agra in-person. The patience, passion, and love put into each piece is awe-inspiring. I hope you got to take away an appreciation for the beautiful arts that exist in India from this video.

Namaste.

Your tour guide was absolutely amazing. He did make sure that he shares with you some of the interesting facts about India and Agra. I have been to Taj Mahal twice and many of the facts I got to know from your Vlog. The art and the craftsman skill was mind blowing. Thank you for including the details in your video. India is truly unique.

12:08 There are actually 22 official languages in India but some of them have same script.. For example Hindi and Marathi have same script. Therefore there are only 16 scripts on a rupee bill. This way everyone can read what bill/note it is.. Otherwise there are about 780 different languages as reported by the people in India in the government census.
Incredibly diverse, isn't it? 😃

I've lived in India for 3 years and I never realised that shop assistants are expected to do that! I had always thought that they were following me around because I look funny
