Another point with yyz-yow flights is that you can request same day standby for an earlier flight at no additional cost, I believe.

Thanks for this little TR. I've driven between the two cities (via Kingston) but, just like SYD-CBR, there seems little point in flying especially when you factor in delays. Mostly for politicians and public servants. At least AC has these A220 on the route, and I expect QF will replace the 717 with A220 on its Capital route once delivered. Given the short route, QF also uses the Q400, while Virgin even contracts a SF340 service.

Thank you for the wonderful review. What a fantastic plane. The A220 is really becoming one of the most welcome aircrafts esp for economy passengers due to large windows, large lavatory, and slight wider seats. A welcome change from the 737Max.

One question: what is the credit card slot used for? Onboard purchases? Or purchases within the IFE? Haven’t seen those in a long time 😅
