Umga Surya Mandir situated on Umga Hills, Madanpur is one of the famous tourist attractions in Aurangabad, Bihar. Located around 20 KM from Aurangabad district headquarter.
ऐतिहासिक सूर्य मंदिर उमगा स्थित शिलालेख के अनुसार पहले यह जगन्नाथ मंदिर था। लेकिन औरंगजेब के शासनकाल में इस मंदिर को तहस नहस किये जाने के बाद लगभग 1742 में यहां भगवान सूर्य की स्थापना की गयी।
