It feels like a missed opportunity the two don't interact more. I mean, one is a super man that has convinced himself that what he's doing is the right thing and the other is just a flat out evil superman. There's so much writing potential there, kind of a waste.

I understand what that was in the story, Injustice Superman killing New 52 Ultra Man. But is was still anticlimatic and didn't resolve the promise from the previous issue.

Also, Ultra-Man always dies. Ultra-Man dying means nothing because he just comes back on the whim of editors and writers.

FunFact in a vision of an alternative world where Lois doesn’t die Clark and hers child turns out to be a girl named Lana Lane-Kent. She’s what the Supergirl from the Flash movie is based on in terms of looks.
