awesome setup, the only thing I would change would be upgrade the sd card adapter to a StarTech IDE2SAT2 with a 128GB or smaller SSD, sd adapter is capped at 25mb transfer speed and the startech will max out what your IDE is capable of, usually 66, 100 or 133 mb.

A DOS Frank in beast your a mad man and I love it but with the OS on sd card you basically built a huge Raspberry pi ish thingy Mc doodle VERY Cool

I still have an AMD Athlon CPU shim which spreads the heat and pressure on the CPU.
I think I still have rounded IDE ribbon cables somewhere too :P

Them old 4:3 LCDs are awful to use. You can get a 16:9 and use a dvi to HDMI adapter, set your 16:9 to pixel perfect or 1 to 1 and set your output in the Nvidia control panel to maintain aspect ratio or whatever it's called and you can get pixel perfect output no fuss or muss
