Extended Highlights I A Final for the Books I 2024 YETI Xtreme Verbier I 4K

The world’s best freeriders delivered a masterclass today at the YETI Xtreme Verbier, wrapping up an unforgettable FWT by Peak Performance season. Ski and Snowboard Men dropped from the top of the Bec des Rosses for the first time since 2018, providing a leg-burning 600-meter elevation drop, which is littered with a maze of technical features and serious cliff bands. Consistent powder lined the face – offering near-perfect snow conditions – but some high clouds hindered visibility at times. That didn’t stop the world’s best freeriders from lighting up Verbier, delivering memorable performances in the final event on the 2024 FWT calendar.

Great season. If Marcus had won in Kicking Horse (I think that was the one) like he probably should've, he'd be world champion. Slim margins!

hitzig defo deserved overall win, but people are right that finn prob deserved 2nd. and hats off to marcus for being such a good sport-- he really was so close to snatching the title away. i can't remember which event, but there was one event where he had a legendary run going and crashed... that woulda been enough to make it *REALLY* interesting. love both of them so much-- they make FWT so incredibly compelling to watch. it's almost surreal what they can do.

I'm always so hyped when i see this and think it's a worldwide event but then i realise no fkin one cares. Literally 99% from the people are chilling at beaches big cities etc and dont even give a little fuck
