Big Seal Bull Needs Our Help

Great job, rescue team, but today's shoutout goes to our amazing rescue net! Before we had our big nets, catching large seal bulls like this one was impossible. We could only rescue smaller seals by grabbing their hind flippers. Strong alpha males like this guy have won many fights, and none of us could have matched their strength. But with our custom-built nets, we can now catch and restrain big seal bulls long enough to remove plastic straps, fishing lines, nets, ropes, or any other debris.

Beachmaster gave the OCN team quite the workout. Glad you were able to pull off the rescue safely. For a while there I thought he was going to break the net frame. Even 3 strong guys having such difficulty dragging him up the beach, he must weigh a ton!
