Sometimes getting in and out of bed safely is the only thing preventing someone from safely going back home from the hospital instead of a rehab.

turning 50 hasn't been good to me. herniated disk and valve replacement. at least we're over half way through the year and thank you for the video I keep forgetting the techniques for changing shirt, bed and door proper technique

Just got out of open heart can't tell you how important it is to master this technique. If you don't have the right pillow get one cuz it's for getting in and out of chairs beds it's for sneezing coughing getting out of the car etc that pillow is the best tool I may have ever owned😂
