Tips:
Don't touch adhesive
Remove backing paper completely before laying ends down
Press ends down with no stretch
Rub all loose edges down
Do NOT tape the area behind the knee, instead tape around it

I see this error over and over again. If you tense the muscle and the tape the benefits are ZERO. Tense just one of them to get the needed wrinkles!
