I realize now that looking at option volume/open interest does not tell me whether the trades are buys or sells, or part of a vertical, etc. But at least it must show something relevant.

Hi Cam, I watched the entire video, it was very helpful. Regarding myth #5, is it safe to say that the option strikes with the most open interest/volume might be the ones where traders go that are more experienced than a beginner (like me) ? - John Bowman
