How to develop Data Driven HR Functions at all levels?

“HR should be data savvy. No one in HR need to be data expert but we all have to have some facility with data in order to make fact based decision. That’s how we are going to partner with the business. “ The data should be used as a toolkit to accelerate business. From the HR perspective we should ensure that HR team have substantial amount of data from other functions like Marketing, Finance and so on. So that’s how HR business partner can take the discussion on next level with the business leaders and off course the  idea is how to make it easier for them to drive the discussion and can support the business leaders to support our customers outside,” said Alan Sumano, People Analytics Director, schneider electric.
