Sorry ! It was misspeaking during flame test discussion. It was taught sulfuric acid is used for flame test. But actually, it will be concentrated hydrochloride acid. Concentrated HCl is used to convert salt into chloride salt which is more volatile (Easily goes to gaseous state).
