We're very happy with GFI products. They do everything that we require of them and they're very easy to support and upgrade.

Finding a GFI partner was very easy. The pricing was very easy, and planning our budget was very easy too. The ease of use, the configuration and the support from the company was exceptional, as well as the cost was a big factor.

I found GFI products to be quicker to setup, easier to use and maintain. It saves a lot of employees time and they are reasonably priced. They offer a high level information security, helping to remain in compliance.

Some of the specific advantages for partnering with GFI are its superb technical support and its price performance. The initial setup with GFI and customer support, it was phenomenal. I'de give them, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 10 in that arena.

From an architectural point of view, their products just work in I.T. I think the moment that I realised that I had made the right decision is when we first got the software setup and configured to our particular devices, it was kind of one of those wow moments because I could actually see specifically what was going on in our network and what I should and shouldn't be allowing.

The GFI products are all using standard Microsoft products. It's very easy for us to integrate that into our environment, We've got all those
products already, we understand that architecture.

If somebody was considering GFI products and ask my opinion about their services, I would highly recommend them.

If we were going out to pick products again, we would pick GFI and we regularly recommend them to other people. The product went far and above what I actually expected it to do. The response that GFI has given for not only tech support but other questions has been superb and I am very hard to please in that respect.

The benefit for me, from the I.T. management point of view is I no longer have a server to look after, I no longer have to do upgrades.
GFI will now take care of all that for me, and actually it works out cheaper because I'm not having to maintain that physical server and their service actually costs less than it costs my team to run a physical server.
