Nice job. I just did the same thing on my 97 c1500. I didn’t have to raise the motor but had to replace the balancer. Fel pro actually has some good instructional videos that are good time savers. Keep up the good work.

I have a 99 2500 Burban. With the big block. I wonder if it’s the same procedure? Great video. I need to do my oil pan. timing chain cover, and timing chain and motor mounts. Since I saw this video, I now need to get a cherry picker to make my life easier.

Also, since the install of the oil pan and timing chain cover, have you had any leaks?

What was the part number for oil pan gasket because it looks like it is exactly the one I need but not one can find the felpro gasket that has the oil pan gasket with both end equally sized not little on one and big on the other
